How does the studio work?
Describe your renovation or extension, choose a project type and style, then render a full set — before/after, massing options, materials board and interior feel. Studio also produces a walkthrough clip.
Are the renders accurate enough to build from?
No. Renders are style and massing references only. They are not construction drawings and do not replace a licensed architect, structural engineer or builder. See the AI Disclaimer.
What do I get on each plan?
Sketch is free with one draft per month. Plan adds full projects, options, boards and PDF export. Studio adds walkthrough clips, side-by-side comparison and high-resolution exports. All in USD.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal. Your plan runs to the end of the current period, then moves to free Sketch. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens to my uploaded photos?
They are used only to generate your visualizations, are never used to train AI models, and are deleted on request or when you remove a project or account. See the Privacy Policy and Content License.
How do I export a discussion pack?
After rendering, use ‘Export discussion pack’ in the studio to download a file with your brief, render list and disclaimer to share with your project team.
